England beat South Africa by 137 runs in the ICC Women’s World Cup.
South Africa won the toss and opted to bowl at Christchurch.
England came to bat and Wyatt scored a wonderful 129 runs hitting 12 fours. Dunkley also scored a 60 for the team.
Ecclestone also scored 24 quick runs.
England made a total of 293 runs for the loss of 8 wickets.
Ismail got 3 wickets for SA with Kapp and Klaas getting 2 each.
RSA in response didn’t play up to the mark as non of the batters were able to convert their starts to big innings.
South Africa were bowled out for only 156 runs in 38 overs.
Sophie Ecclestone bagged 6 crucial wickets for England with Shrubsole getting 2.
England won the match by 137 runs and has reached the final of the World Cup.
Danielle Wyatt won the Player of the Match award for her big inning of 129 runs.
Now, England will face Australia in the final of the World Cup on 3rd April.
