Punjab beat CSK by 54 runs.

Punjab came in to bat and lost 2 quick wickets with Captain Mayank Agarwal getting out for 4 runs.
Rajapaksa was sent back to pavilion due to the great presence of mind shown by MS Dhoni.
Shikhar Dhawan and Livingstone built a partnership in middle overs.
Livingstone went on to score a blistering 60 runs hitting 5 fours and 5 sixes.
Shikhar Dhawan also scored 33 runs.
At one moment Punjab was heading towards a total more than 200.
But, CSK came back in the game with Jordan and restricted Punjab to a total of 180 runs.
Jordan and Pretorius got 2 wickets each with Bravo, Jadeja and Mukesh getting one each.
In response, CSK had a bad start as both the openers were not able to contribute much.
Gayakwad continued his poor run of form scoring 1 run and Utthappa getting 13.
CSK’s middle order was completely out of the game as Rayudu, Jadeja and Moeen Ali all went back to the pavilion without putting an impact.
MS Dhoni and Shivam Dube built a partnership with Dube hitting runs and MS holding on the other end.
Dube played a beautiful inning of 57 runs.
But,CSK was never in the game and Required Run Rate was more than 15 in the last 4 overs.
As a result CSK lost their wickets trying to attack Punjab bowlers.
Dhoni scored a slow 23 runs off 28 balls hitting a six and a four.
CSK got all out for only 126 runs and lost the match by 54 runs.
For Punjab, Rahul Chahar got 3 wickets with Livingstone and Vaibhav Arora getting 2 wickets each.
Liam Livingstone won the player of the match award for his inning of 60 runs and 2 wickets.
Now, CSK has lost all three of their games and they will now, have to reconsider their options and players available on bench.
